Online Enrollment - New Students to the District
Wylie ISD welcomes all students who live within the boundaries of the Wylie Independent School District and meet state age and health requirements. A student is entitled to enroll in the District under TEC 25.001 if they are living in the district and have the present intention to remain there. Ownership of property within the attendance zones does not qualify as residency. Please note, there are addresses within the City of Wylie that are not zoned Wylie ISD. To confirm your address is in Wylie ISD, please visit the Collin County Appraisal District’s website and search the property address. Students found to be ineligible for enrollment, for any reason, will be withdrawn.
Grade Level Caps
Wylie ISD is a fast-growing school district. It is not uncommon for grade levels to become full at campuses in fast-growth areas. Therefore, students moving into an area in which the grade level is capped may be assigned to a different campus in the district.
Visit our Account Request page on Skyward to create a New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) account. You will receive an email within 24 hours with a temporary username, password and link to complete the enrollment process. If you do not receive an email please contact the school your child will be attending.

New Student Online Enrollment Using Existing Family Access Tutorial (en español)
After you have completed the New Student Online Enrollment process please contact the Registrar at the campus you are enrolling your child in. To help expedite this process please upload all required documentation to NSOE.
The documents listed below are required to complete the enrollment process.
- Proof of Residency – Current utility bill (water, gas, or electric) or Closing documents/lease agreement with a utility bill to be sent within 30 days
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Social Security Card
- Report card or transcript from the school most recently attended
- Drivers License of parent/legal guardian
- Previous school records
Online Registration - Returning Students
The Wylie Independent School District Online Student Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will open in late July.
Family Access is a secure, real-time, internet-based service that will provide your student's grades and attendance, demographic and emergency information, health information, discipline, standardized test scores and much more. Family Access is a free service and will be available to all parents with children enrolled in the district.
Family Access requires a login name and password; you can use the same login/password as last year. Click here to login to Family Access. If you have forgotten your login name or password, a link on the login page will allow you to enter your email address and your credentials will be emailed to you. If you changed your email address from last year you will need to contact one of your children's schools. Student Online Registration works best from a full size computer.

Wylie ISD is committed to security and to your privacy; we cannot, therefore, make changes to your account over the telephone. Any changes will require you to visit one of your children's schools and show a photo ID.
Once your students have been registered the Skyward Mobile App is available for your convenience.
